Scaffold Lift will act according with the warranty as shown on the platform when and only when damage is in connection with the product and has valid and confirmed manufacturing defects.

You agree that Scaffold Lift.com's remedy at law for any actual or threatened breach of this Agreement would be inadequate and that Scaffold Lift.com shall be entitled to specific performance or injunctive relief, or both, in addition to any damages that Scaffold Lift.com may be legally entitled to recover.
